Certification of ISO 9001:2015 & successful Implementation of ISO System

We have registered our company with ISO 9001:2008 certification for the development purpose of our organisation to ensure quality policy and to each element of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. This system ensures the effective planning, operation and control of various process. This system includes Works Instructions / Quality Inspection plans for smooth maintenance of quality Management System.

Customer Redressal System

As per the Quality Policy of our company we are committed to satisfy all our customers through continually improving of our products & services by meeting their expectations at the right time and every time through our innovative approach. So, this is the first preference to us all the times whenever any opportunity arises for providing services to the customers. We take care of customers’ concerns and are ready to accept any challenge in order to satisfy our customer in the highest level. We always try to offer service on international quality standards and norms. In order to improve customer's satisfaction we perform the following activities at a regular basis.

Receive customer's complaints verbally, over telephone/by letter/fax/E-mail.

Bring the complaint to the notice of the top management.

The complaint is analysed and resolved to customer satisfaction by taking appropriate action, which is recorded in the complaint reregister & the customer is informed, explaining the factors.

In case the complaint pertains to technical features / performance, the same is communicated to the supplier for initiation of appropriate action.

Monitor the action taken by the supplier and close the complaint if action taken found to be effective. Inform the customer.

Update the complaints register for each of the actions taken, till the closure of the complaint.

Prepare summary of customer complaints for discussion in Management review meeting.

In-House Laboratory Testing

The key to comprehensive quality control is the use of an in-house laboratory. So, we have set up an in in-house, testing environment which is absolutely necessary to manufacture superior quality supplements. As our company’s mission is maintaining strict control over every aspect of manufacture and quality and is an integral piece of our ISO Certification. Our in-house laboratory allows for timely, accurate, cost-effective testing that ensures every product, from raw material to finished goods, meets all quality requirements. We are equipped with all the necessary & modern testing instruments & machines in order to assure the extreme testing facility.

Every batch of every ingredient we receive is quarantined and tested for identity and purity before being allowed to be used by our valued customer. Some of our products are tested again after the final phase of manufacturing to ensure so that a standard quality has been obtained. Then, every finished product is tested again before being released for sale. Such stringent attention to quality control is extremely difficult to accomplish without a state-of-the-art, in-house laboratory.

Preventing Plan

We have established a documented procedure (given below) to initiate preventive actions to eliminate the causes of potential nonconformities. Prevention action taken is appropriate to the effects of the potential problems:

Customer requirement is reviewed & updated whenever there is any change in these requirements.

Customer contacts and related amendments are reviewed and communicated completely.

Customers queries & letters are responded within 24 hours.

Completion of service within the specified period.

Regular feedback & asking suggestion from the customers.

Based upon analysis of the data, determine potential nonconformities and their causes.
